Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) to lead field operations in Nashua, MT. You will manage projects, mentor Foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while meeting customer requirements.

The role requires staffing, training, and effective subcontractor management, with extensive travel and outdoor work in varying weather. CDL preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging and operating equipment like backhoe/loader, excavator, and cable plow.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity targets for assigned projects.
• Direct Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget and objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain personnel, and manage subcontracts as needed.
• Maintain daily project documentation, time reporting, and approvals.
• Plan mobilization, pre-planning, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
