Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas around utilities and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader.

Aufgaben

• Lead Foreman, crews to ensure on-time completion while meeting financial objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, promote career advancement.
• Manage safety, quality and productivity on jobsites and resolve issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors and equipment across projects.
• Maintain daily logs, time reports, and project paperwork.
• Pre-plan mobilization of crews, equipment, subs, materials, and other items.
