Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of MasTec, is seeking a Construction Manager II to direct, plan, and manage activities on diverse renewable projects across the US. The role requires supervising crews, enforcing safety, and coordinating change orders, scheduling, and cost controls.

Travel for up to 100% with per diem, a project-site focus, and career growth in a leading contractor. The candidate should have a bachelor's in CM/Engineering or equivalent, plus 5 years' supervisory construction experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of construction industry experience with knowledge of techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise construction workers and Foremen.
• Coordinate project direction, scheduling and evaluation.
• Negotiate Change Orders facilitated by CMIII/APM/PM.
• Maintain and monitor project paperwork and records.
• Ensure schedules are maintained and project deadlines met.
• Mentor apprentices and train direct reports.
