Job summary

MasTec Renewables, comprising Wanzek Construction and partners, seeks a Construction Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects across the country. You will direct on-site activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive project profitability through effective supervision of crews and subcontractors.

The role involves up to 100% travel, rotation to different project sites, and a focus on delivering safe, profitable outcomes while complying with company procedures and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality standards on site.
• Lead and coordinate foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, budget, and performance against milestones.
