Job summary

MasTec Renewables oversees construction projects onsite across the United States, directing teams to meet schedule, budget and safety targets. The role partners with project management to deliver quality installations for renewable projects and ensures client expectations are met.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 7+ years of experience, and strong leadership; per diem and rotation travel are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of construction industry experience and knowledge of techniques, estimating and management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the project.
• Monitor budget and ensure costs stay within parameters.
• Oversee site safety, enforce policies and lead by example.
• Lead project team with PM to create a respectful, productive environment.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to meet scope.
• Review and manage change orders and labor requirements.
