Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Executive to lead utility-scale wind projects nationwide. You will mentor teams, drive safety, and deliver high-impact energy infrastructure across the U.S., with up to ~50% travel and field presence during critical phases.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while collaborating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in utility-scale renewables projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety compliance on projects.
• Provide direction for project resources and materials.
• Own the project budget, forecast, and schedule.
• Provide successful management of all contract documents, risks and changes.
• Oversee project management teams, including Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Coordinate with Owner and manage stakeholder communications for project goals.
