Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of utility-scale solar projects nationwide. You will direct, plan, and supervise all construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role supports CM I and II levels, with opportunities to advance. You will travel up to 100% across the US, spending 8-12 months per project, and receive per diem, a company vehicle, and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of construction industry experience and knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and management
• Experience supervising on utility scale renewables projects such as Solar, BESS or wind preferred
• Electrical experience on large construction projects

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures
• Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on assigned project
• Construct the project and maximize project profit with the management team
• Monitor construction activities and personnel within delivery timelines
• Ensure client expectations are met and maintain relationships with site representatives
• Build, supervise and lead teams on site
