Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Construction Manager III to lead utility-scale solar and energy storage sites across the US. You will manage safety, schedule, and budget while directing cross-disciplinary teams on active projects.

The role is traveling (up to 100%), with 8–12 months per project, per diem, a company vehicle, and rotating home trips. A strong background in CM and multi-trade supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years in construction with knowledge of techniques, estimating and CM.
• Supervisory experience over multiple trades on large projects.
• Self-perform construction project experience with large field teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies to the project team.
• Lead the project team with the PM to maintain a respectful, constructive environment.
• Oversee construction site direction, coordination and evaluation.
• Monitor progress and ensure workstreams meet time and quality targets.
• Coordinate with foremen, trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage change orders when needed.
