Job summary

MasTec Renewables, comprising Wanzek Construction, IEA Constructors, and White Construction, seeks a Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for utility-scale solar projects nationwide. You will direct construction, ensure safety, manage budgets, and drive project profitability across diverse sites.

The role involves up to 100% travel across the US, with per diem and a company vehicle provided. This position emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Three years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in utility-scale renewables projects (solar, BESS, wind) preferred.
• High voltage electrical experience on large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on assigned project.
• Construct the project and work with the management team to maximize the profit of the project.
• Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans and training requirements.
• Keep Construction Manager II/III informed of overall construction activity progress and performance.
