Job summary

MasTec's William Charles Electric is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee renewable and power delivery projects across multiple sites. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

You will drive resource planning, cost control, and schedule updates while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, preferably electrical/power delivery/renewables.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Proven leadership of multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and work at varied sites.

Responsibilities

• Safety planning for field operations within the project scope.
• Coordinate with Local Bargaining Units and trades agreements.
• Manage personnel: goals, safety, quality, assignments, and timekeeping.
• Identify resources: personnel, material, equipment.
• Update and manage the project schedule including logistics.
• Contribute to monthly cost-to-complete reviews; advise Project Manager.
• Report weekly progress and quantities; track performance.
• Coordinate equipment assignments and site logistics.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure project success.
