Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Construction Manager II to lead field construction across U.S. project sites. The role is traveling with relocation to project locations, spending 8–12 months per project, and includes per diem and a company vehicle program.

Responsibilities include directing construction activities, supervising crews, coordinating with engineers and owners, and ensuring safety and schedule compliance. Strong leadership and estimating skills are required.

Qualifications

• Promotes and enforces company safety policies and procedures.
• Experience supervising construction workers and foremen.
• Ability to manage project direction, coordination and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Indirectly or directly supervise construction workers and foremen.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Negotiate Change Orders and manage cost indexes for project.
• Ensure schedules are maintained to meet timelines and deadlines.
• Hire, train, and manage direct reports; coach apprentices.
