Job summary

Dennis Group seeks a Construction Manager to supervise site operations for food and beverage process facilities, coordinating subcontractors, safety, schedules and budgets. The role requires strong communication across levels and proficiency with multiple software tools.

You will work with project management on scope, cost and schedule, oversee field engineers, and ensure quality in field and office construction tasks. 100% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Design-build experience on industrial projects preferred.
• Strong client interaction with technical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fundamental reading of construction documents, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-sized projects independently and coordinate project scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure site safety procedures with the safety team and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate field engineering, inspections, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Prepare project reports, logs and close-out activities.
• Collaborate with owners, subs, building officials and A/E teams.
• Assist in preparing work plans, packages and permits; support project start-up.
