Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise on-site activities for food and beverage process facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs while interfacing with owners, subs, and A/E teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in design-build, proven subcontractor oversight, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 100% is required; on-site work schedule applies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
4+ years of design-build experience on industrial projects.
4+ years overseeing sub-contractors and driving project schedule.
4+ years of client interaction experience with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee medium-sized industrial projects and coordinate scope, budget, and schedule.
Collaborate with project management to develop and update project plans and controls.
Administer project finances, budgets, and change orders.
Establish and enforce site safety procedures with the safety team.
