Boyd Group Services is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day benefit programs for our US-based employees. You will partner with HR and payroll to ensure accurate deductions, open enrollment, and carrier changes while acting as the SME for benefits support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Benefits Administration experience including health, retirement, FSA/HSA and 401(k).
• 2+ years of hands-on HRIS and benefit enrollment system experience; Workday preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel with pivot tables and lookups.

Responsabilités

• Administers day-to-day benefits programs in accordance with plan documents.
• Provides SME support and training to HR Service Center and broader HR teams.
• Analyzes current benefit processes and suggests improvements.
• Manages deductions, 401(k) contributions and payroll-related benefit transactions.
• Coordinates open enrollment, carrier changes and data validation.
• Collaborates with HRIS to ensure accurate benefit enrollment data and reporting.
• Leads benefits communications and promotional materials.
• Documents procedures and employee communications on Boyd intranet.
• Reviews offerings against trends and employee feedback to propose plan changes.
• Participates in special HR initiatives and projects.
