Job summary

BDA is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to build, administer, and maintain employee benefits domestically and internationally. You will work with the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits in a fast-paced, confidential setting to ensure programs are compliant and efficiently managed.

You should have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years of benefits management experience, and Workday proficiency. Strong communication and leadership are essential traits for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience as a benefits manager or in a related role.
• CEBS or SHRM certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of benefits programs, policies and legislation.
• Experience managing benefits administration in Workday.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily benefits operations across sites in multiple states and internationally.
• Evaluate and modify benefits programs and policies to ensure equity.
• Develop and implement new benefits programs in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure programs comply with current legislation.
• Negotiate benefit plans with third-party providers.
• Train and support the HR team on benefits programs.
• Coordinate with Payroll for accurate time off and benefits tracking.
• Communicate benefits details to employees and maintain relations.
• Understand internal and external systems to improve processes.
• Balance daily tasks with strategic leadership.
