Job summary

Flextrip in the United States is seeking a remote Texting Specialist to handle outreach and follow-ups with college students studying abroad in Europe. You’ll craft friendly, timely messages and steer conversations toward calls while keeping CRM data clean and up to date.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, aligned with US Eastern time. You’ll collaborate with a South Africa-based team and contribute to a travel-focused student community.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• 2+ years messaging customers or leads and keeping a CRM up to date.
• Experience with Mac OS.
• Super organized and reliable, able to send many texts accurately.
• Bonus if you love travel and college culture.

Responsibilities

• Send outreach and follow up texts to students from our iMessage lines.
• Sunday recruiting: reach out to new students, get them excited, and book them onto a call.
• Keep our CRM (monday.com) updated after every text.
• Keep our lists clean and flag anything that looks off.
• Hand hot conversations to our team lead.
• Follow our texting rules exactly. Who gets a text and when really matters to us.
