Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry Unit RN with at least 1 year of travel nursing experience and a FL or compact RN license. The role requires BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certs, with license verification within 30 days of start.

Night shifts run 18:45–07:15 on a 36–48 hour week, with every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Local candidates may qualify under radius rules, and COVID vaccination is not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care for a high acuity, fast-paced 35-bed telemetry unit.
• Provide telemetry-level care to acutely ill cardiac and pulmonary patients.
• Night shift schedule from 18:45-07:15.
• 36-48 hour work week acceptable.
• Every other weekend required.
• Holiday coverage required per unit need.
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address.
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate.
• Discuss assignment extensions with manager at least 45 days before end date.
• COVID vaccination is not required.

• Provide telemetry-level care to acutely ill cardiac and pulmonary patients
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
