Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical/Telemetry night shift assignment. Requires a TN or Compact RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience. The role lasts 13 weeks on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Candidates must not have had gaps of 90 days or more in the past year and must not have any expiring certifications within the first 30 days of assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience is required.
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment on night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit.
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at the facility within the past 2 years.
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week.
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
