American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Psychiatric RN for a 12-week night shift assignment in Ohio. The role requires an OH or Compact RN license and at least 1 year of behavioral health nursing experience.

You will work in a Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit with a 1:4 patient ratio, on nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and every other weekend, with no on-call. You may float across three units; onboarding includes Navy blue scrubs policy. Travel housing and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Active RN license valid in OH (Standard or Compact).
• BLS and HWC certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Behavioral health experience required.
• Psych or detox experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Care for Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit (24-bed) ages 18–99.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:4.
• Night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Every other weekend, as needed.
• No call requirements.
• Floating to all 3 units as needed.
• Treat detox, depression, and psychosis diagnoses.
• Remain proactive during downtime.
• Navy blue scrubs required; hoodies and casual wear not permitted.
• Must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate.
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months.
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time.

• Candidates should be compassionate about mental health and comfortable working with challenging patient behaviors
