American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a 12-hour night shift in New Hampshire. An active NH or compact RN license and 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg Telemetry experience are required.

Requirements include BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and a Dysrhythmia Exam with 80%+; Cerner EMR is preferred. Travel nurses with strong experience will be considered; potential float to Laconia, NH. No on-call, weekly orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% or higher during onboarding.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting.
• 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week, every other weekend.
• Manages cardiac drips and related medications on telemetry.
• May be requested to float to a nearby affiliated facility in Laconia, NH.
• No on-call requirements.
• Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit.

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a 12-hour night shift position requiring an active NH or compact RN license and 2+ years of acute care experience.

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% or higher during onboarding
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• 2 recent Charge/Manager RN references required, matching specialty

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week, every other weekend
• Utilizes Cardizem and Insulin drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and Phenobarbital on telemetry
• May be requested to float to a nearby affiliated facility in Laconia, NH
• No on-call requirements
• Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit, managing cardiac drips and related medications
• Weekly orientation provided
• First-time travelers with strong experience will be considered
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius accepted at the local rate
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
• RTO must be submitted and disclosed at time of consideration
