Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry assignment in Massachusetts. Active MA RN license and 2 years Med/Surg Tele experience required.

Shift is 12 hours, days 7a-7p, totaling 36 hours weekly, with every other weekend and holiday. Travel housing and licensure reimbursement available; local candidates accepted at a discounted rate.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Strong telemetry and neuro experience required.
• Meditech EMR experience required.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit assignment on North 6.
• 12-hour shifts, 3x12s per week (36 hours).
• Day shift schedule, 7a-7p.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
• Floating possible to similar units.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Uses Meditech EMR.
• Telemetry competency test administered on first day.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility; local candidates with discount.
• Two professional references and copies of certifications required.
