American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a high acuity 12-hour night shift position requiring telemetry competency and experience with trachs, vents, and BiPAP.

Details

High acuity Med Surg / Respiratory Care Unit with 16 beds
Patient population includes COPD, PNA, CHF, DKA, DM1&2, pleural effusions, and pneumothorax cases requiring chest tubes and Pleurex drainage catheters
Patient ratios typically 4-5, occasionally 6
12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 3 shifts per week
No on-call requirements
May be required to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin

Requirements

Active NH or Compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration (temporary license not accepted)
BLS certification required
NIHSS certification required prior to start
ACLS certification preferred

The weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, reflects the lower end of this range for local candidates and higher end of this range for travel candidates. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer‑paid taxes and related costs.
