American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a high-risk unit. Position requires AWHONN Intermediate certification and Epic experience, with Missouri/Compact license and 2+ years of relevant work. Night shifts with a 1:2 patient ratio and three 12-hour calls; teaching hospital and charge experience are preferred.

• Active RN license (Missouri or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of experience; high-risk L&D experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Preferred certifications: AWHONN Advanced, FHM, STABLE
• Epic charting system experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Unit: High-Risk Labor & Delivery with 12 private labor/delivery rooms, 6 OB triage rooms, 2 cesarean section ORs
• Collaborate with High-Risk Antepartum and Antepartum Units on the same floor
• Provide postpartum and recovery care on a separate unit to focus on acute obstetric and surgical patients
• Night shift 4x12 hours (19:00-7:00); 3x12 schedules also accepted
• Patient ratio 1:2
• Every third weekend required
• Three 12-hour call shifts per scheduling period
• Epic EMR experience required
• Care for high-acuity obstetric population (antepartum, labor, delivery, surgical)
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine attendings, fellows, and OB/GYN residents
• Dedicated social work services support patients/families with complex needs
• Scrubs provided
• First-time travelers welcome
• Local candidates not accepted; must reside over 70 miles away
