Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring recent home health experience and OASIS/HCHB EMR proficiency. The role covers geriatric home health, with an average caseload of 5–7 patients daily, day shifts Monday–Friday, on-call requirements, and a 60-mile territory radius from the hub office. iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in hand (Standard or Compact).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience.
• OASIS experience required for SOCs.
• HCHB EMR experience required.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients.
• Manage an average caseload of 5–7 patients per day.
• Work day shift, Monday–Friday, with possible weekends.
• On-call responsibilities are required.
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office.
• Travelers must be flexible with assigned territory.
• iPad provided for documentation.
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.

• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• Travelers expected to be flexible with assigned territory
• iPad provided for documentation
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

• Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
• No background check hits accepted
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
• Any RTO must be submitted at time of application, with additional requests after offer requiring on-site manager approval
