American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an RN for a Home Health role in Oregon. The position requires an active Oregon RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of skilled Home Health experience. You will work in a 1:1 patient setting with travel across a defined area.

Responsibilities include documented use of HCHB/OASIS, 8-hour day shifts, and potential weekend work. Travel nurses are welcome; local clinicians within 50–75 miles are paid the same rate. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required.
• OASIS experience required.
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Skilled Home Health setting serving a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Approximately 30 productivity points per week with up to 6 patients per day.
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• No 4x10 or 3x12 schedules available.
• Weekend support may be required.
• No on-call requirement.
• Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB) for documentation.
• Uses Remote Client for Home Health on a laptop and Rover app.
• OASIS documentation required for Start of Care visits.
• Service area may extend up to 60 miles or 60–90 minutes of driving daily.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local clinicians within 50–75 miles at same rate accepted.
• Up to 3 days of RTO may be approved.
• Blackout periods during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
• Former permanent employees must be separated for 6 months before traveling again.
• Travel pairs allowed with individual territories and own transportation.
• Business casual attire; jeans/scrubs policy.
• Free parking available.
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
• Group visits to minimize driving.
