Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health RN in Oregon to provide one-to-one skilled home health care. Active OR RN license, OASIS and HCHB experience are required, with a current BLS certification. The role involves day shifts, mileage reimbursement, and potential travel within a 60-mile radius.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Skilled Home Health setting with a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
• Productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week, up to 6 patients per day.
• Weekend support may be required.
• Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB), Remote Client for Home Health, Rover phone app, and OASIS documentation.
• Group patient visits to minimize driving, with service area up to 60 miles or 60-90 minutes of total daily driving.
• Business casual attire; jeans not required; scrubs optional.
• Free parking on site; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
• Up to 3 days of RTO may be approved; blackout periods during holidays.
• First-time travelers are accepted; local clinicians within 50-75 miles at same rate.
