Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in the Richmond area. The role requires an active RN license (VA or Compact), BLS, and OASIS experience, with at least one year of home health experience.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with call rotation and potential location float. You will work in an adult home health setting, using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR, with training provided during orientation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license VA or Compact required.
• BLS hands-on certification required.
• OASIS experience or training required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult home health patients.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekend scheduling; call in rotation.
• Use HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR; orientation provided as needed.
• Assigned to a home location with potential to float to other locations.
• Travel within 50-mile radius of the Richmond office.

• OASIS experience or training required
• Minimum one year of home health experience required
• HCHB EMR experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Adult home health setting
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no weekend scheduling
• Call required (details discussed in interview)
• Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR, training provided during orientation if needed
• Assigned to a home location with potential floating to other locations as needed
• 50-mile radius territory coverage from the Richmond office
• Provide skilled nursing care to adult home health patients
• Tablet and phone hardware provided for job duties
• Clean, professional-looking scrubs required
• Some holidays and weekends expected in rotation with staff
• Orientation includes training on HCHB system if not already experienced
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
