American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Home Health RN with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and an active Oregon RN license to provide 1:1 patient care in a skilled home health setting.

The role involves day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with a patient load of up to 6 per day and a travel radius up to 60 miles. OASIS, HCHB, and Rover app experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license required before start date; temporary licenses not accepted.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled Home Health experience is required.
• OASIS experience is required.
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience is required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and an active driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Skilled Home Health setting with a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Approximately 30 points per week with up to 6 patients per day.
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
• 4x10 and 3x12 schedules are not available.
• Weekend support may be required.
• No on-call requirement.
• Service area may extend up to 60 miles or 60-90 minutes of driving per day.

Responsibilities

• Skilled Home Health setting with a 1:1 patient ratio

• Facility makes efforts to group patient visits and minimize driving
• Business casual attire required; no jeans; scrubs permitted but not required with no specific color
• Free parking available onsite
• Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate
• Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved
• Blackout periods apply during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory and must have their own transportation
• Former permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler
