Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS and HCHB EMR experience to manage a geriatric caseload in the Independence area. The role covers an average daily caseload of 5-7 patients with a Monday-Friday schedule and possible weekend shifts.

You will travel within up to a 60-mile radius from the hub, flexing with assigned territory. First-time travelers are not accepted; local candidates may be considered at travel rate.

Qualifications

• Active RN license MO or Compact required, in hand before start.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience required.
• OASIS experience required.
• HCHB charting system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population.
• Average daily caseload of 5-7 patients.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday with possible weekend shifts.
• On-call responsibilities required, details discussed during interview.
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office.
• Travelers expected to be flexible with assigned territory.
• Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR system.
• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in a home health setting.
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted.
• iPad provided for documentation, personal cell phone not required.
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this role.
• Local candidates accepted at the same travel rate.
