American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab/EP RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring NIHSS certification and on-call availability for STEMI/stroke coverage.

The role is in the Cardiac Catheterization unit with two day-shift options: 4x10s or 5x8s. Expect 10–15 on-call shifts per month and local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active NJ or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• NIHSS certification required.
• Nursys license verification may be required.
• DCI/BVP Workplace Violence Prevention certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Catheterization unit.
• Day shift schedule with two shift options: 4x10-hour shifts (6:30am-5:30pm) or 5x8-hour shifts (6:30am-2:30pm).
• 13-week assignment length.
• Requires 10-15 on-call shifts per month for STEMI/stroke coverage.
• Provide nursing care in a cardiac catheterization lab setting.
• Primary source verification of professional licenses and certifications conducted within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.
• Local candidates accepted.
