American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist to support cardiac catheterization and STEMI procedures with required BLS, ACLS, and IABP experience.

Open 2 positions in a high-demand setting in New Jersey, with 4-day, 9.5-hour shifts and on-call weekends. Expect Epic charting and floating to sister facilities as needed, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required (license required if applicable).
• RCIS certification preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• IABP experience required.
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active NJ license required.

Responsabilités

• Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting.
• 4-day, 9.5-hour AM shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 1-2 weekend STEMI on-call shifts required.
• May float to sister facility as needed.
• Uses Epic for charting.
• Prepare and assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI/STEMI, peripheral vascular, pacemaker, and interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data.
• Provide procedural assistance to physicians before, during, and after procedures.
• Assess and manage vascular access sites and communicate findings to physician.
• Adhere to Cath Lab on-call protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures.
