American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac/Stepdown Float RN for a 6-week night assignment in Little Rock, AR. Requires 2 years of RN experience and ACLS/BLS certification. Active AR or compact license and two professional references are required.

Night shift runs 7p–7a with every other weekend and 12-hour shifts totaling 48 hours per week. Travel and housing benefits are included along with per diem and licensure reimbursements.

• Active State or Compact (NLC) RN license required; AR or compact license required for this position
• BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BSN not required
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting on a Cardiac/Stepdown Float unit
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a with every other weekend required
• 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR
• 6 hours of orientation provided
• Provide nursing care within a cardiac stepdown unit, including floating as needed
• Candidates previously employed directly (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI or Dignity, within the past year are not eligible
• Candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered
