Job summary

Enatel in the United States seeks a Sales Engineer to support the sales team through the customer lifecycle. You will respond to technical inquiries, lead pre-sales evaluations, and translate requirements into tailored power-electronics solutions.

Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service, you will provide post-sales support, installation and training, and occasional international travel to serve customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in technical sales or application engineering.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries and assist with solution development.
• Lead and support technical evaluations during pre-sales activities.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored Enatel solutions.
• Specify and configure solutions using Enatel products and approved third-party components.
• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting.
