Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer-facing engineering.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Support sales by responding to technical inquiries and assisting with solution development.
- Lead and support technical evaluations during pre-sales activities.
- Configure solutions using Enatel products and approved components.
- Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting.
- Deliver installation support, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
