Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or related technical field.
Experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Support sales team by responding to technical inquiries and assisting with solution development.
Lead and support technical evaluations during pre-sales activities with customer discussions and product demonstrations.
Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions using Enatel products and approved third-party components.
Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
