Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead Practice Coordinator to oversee front office activities across multiple Kentucky locations, delivering outstanding patient service for in-person and telehealth visits.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, payments, clinician support, onboarding and training for Practice Coordinators, and maintaining a positive, compliant environment. 100% onsite travel between offices is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations or 1+ year in a similar role.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office activities and ensure quality patient service.
• Coordinate scheduling, insurance eligibility, and payments.
• Support clinicians and manage front desk duties across locations.
• Lead onboarding and train new Practice Coordinators.
