Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead Practice Coordinator to supervise front-office operations across assigned practice locations in New Jersey. You will ensure high-quality patient experience for both in-person and telehealth visits, while supporting clinicians and staff.

The role pays $25.25/hour with quarterly bonus potential and requires 100% onsite work with travel between locations as needed. Location: Princeton Junction area in NJ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations or 1+ year in similar role.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily activities for assigned practice group locations.
• Ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Manage scheduling, billing questions, and insurance verifications.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and coordinate onboarding for coordinators.
