Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Rover Practice Coordinator to manage front-office operations across a defined region, backfilling staffing gaps, and delivering high-quality service to in-person and telehealth patients.

The role supports clinicians, coordinates patient flow, and ensures paperwork, billing, and documentation are accurate. In-office with regional travel, you’ll contribute to a positive, efficient practice culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Ability to flex schedule and travel regionally.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive front office environment and professional patient engagement.
• Handle patient check-in/out, scheduling, and telehealth support.
• Assist clinicians and coordinate schedules; ensure documentation is complete.
• Manage insurance verification and payments.
