DigiTran Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Computer User Support Specialist to deliver hands-on IT support across program field offices. You will perform wellness checks on IT infrastructure and devices, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and evaluate performance of network and conference room equipment.
The role requires 4+ years of IT support and a willingness to travel to field offices. CompTIA A+ and Microsoft desktop certifications are a plus.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of IT support, field support, or end-user support experience.
- Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to travel to field offices.
Responsabilidades
- Perform IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Evaluate network performance and conference room equipment.
- Support IT equipment setup, maintenance, and disposal procedures.
- Assist users with IT ticketing and ensure compliance with IT policies.
