• 4+ years of hands-on IT support in field/distributed environments.
• Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers, video conferencing, and apps.
• Basic networking: access points, switches, site connectivity.
• Independent work style with strong judgment and prioritization.
• Strong written communication and ability to create SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote IT support for jobsites, regional offices, and locations.
• Serve as primary IT presence in the field for craft workers and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and replace field devices like laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, iPads.
• Support basic jobsite networking and connectivity under direction.
• Create knowledge articles, guides, and SOPs for broader IT team.
• Coordinate with IT and field leadership to align with standards.
