Job summary

DAS Health is seeking a Field Services Technician I to deliver proactive onsite and remote support for client systems, including endpoints, networks, servers, and cloud services. You’ll troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure reliable service delivery while adhering to change and configuration procedures.

The role requires travel to client sites, after-hours work as needed, and effective communication with non‑technical users.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in field services or IT support.
• Basic networking concepts and client technologies (firewalls, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi).
• Basic proficiency with Windows Server and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Effective troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work after hours as needed.
• Ability to learn quickly during training.

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets through resolution and meet SLAs.
• Explain technical information clearly to non‑technical users and update clients.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, and MSP tools.
• Maintain ticket, asset, configuration, and knowledge documentation (IT Glue).
• Follow change, maintenance, configuration, and system upgrade procedures.
• Support client onboarding, implementations, and vendor applications.
• Travel to client sites for assessments, inventories, discovery, and endpoint setup.
• Monitor backups and maintenance tickets, identify recurring issues, and improve processes.
• Assist the Service Desk with call queues and tickets as needed.
