Job summary

Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist to join our team in Stevens Point, WI, with potential remote opportunities in several states. You will work one-on-one with customers, provide training and solutions, and help ensure successful use of Skyward software in K-12 education.

The role requires travel up to 25% (about 40 days/year), strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
