Push is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region in Oilmont, MT. The role oversees projects, mentors Foreman and crews, and ensures safety, quality and profitability objectives are met while maintaining strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, customers, and Engineers.

Expect 100% travel, outdoor work in all weather, and coordination of resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget. CDL preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct, mentor Foreman and crews on all project aspects to ensure on-time completion and budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and evaluations.
• Recruit and approve subcontractors for projects.
• Initiate training and cross-training for personnel.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues.
• Approve time, invoices, and purchase orders; maintain paperwork.
• Maintain daily logs and project-related reports.
• Report weekly to Fleet Manager on equipment and hours.
