Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical professional to provide expert clinical support and education for Medline products and services. The role involves analyzing clinical practice, supporting sales, and contributing to product improvements with end-user insights.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s in Nursing or Certified Surgical Technologist
• Minimum 3 years OR clinical experience
• Cross-functional experience in Cath Lab, IR, Sterile Processing, Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery preferred
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and the salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers with Medline salesforce.
• Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations.
• Assist sales in their territories at local and national/corporate account levels.
• Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews and observations for improved practice and best-practice recommendations.
• Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste and standardization opportunities.
• Contribute to development of new products and improvements with end-user insights.
• Engage in professional organizations; attend national, regional, and local industry events.
