Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in the United States seeks a clinical expert to provide support for clinical products and services and to educate end users. You will collaborate with sales to expand and retain clinical customers, assist with product conversions, and support in various clinical settings.

Travel up to 75% may be required, including non-traditional hours for in-services. The role emphasizes data analysis, quality reviews, and contributing to product improvements based on customer feedback,

Qualifications

RN with Nursing Bachelor's degree required; CNOR preferred.
Minimum of three years of clinical OR experience.
Cross-functional experience in ancillary procedural areas preferred.
Experience analyzing data to identify trends and drive improvement.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers with the salesforce.
Partner with sales on product conversions and implementations.
Assist sales in their territories at local and corporate account levels.
Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical reviews for improved practice.
Conduct clinical/utilization reviews to identify waste and standardization opportunities.
Contribute to development of new products with customer insights; engage in professional organizations.
