Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical education specialist to provide expert clinical support and develop customer education programs for Medline products and services. You will deliver end-user insights to enhance clinical processes and secure business in your specialty.

The role involves collaborating with the salesforce, supporting product conversions, and contributing to quality investigations and program improvements across regions. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

RN with BSN or Certified Surgical Technologist credentials.
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical operating room experience.
Cross-functional experience in Cath Lab, IR, SPD, Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery preferred.
Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
Assist with expansion and business retention of clinical customers with the salesforce.
Partner with sales on product conversions and implementations.
Support sales in territories locally and nationally as needed.
Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical observations.
Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste and standardization opportunities.
Contribute to development of new products with customer end-user insights.
