Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical specialist to provide expert support for clinical products and services. You will collaborate with the salesforce to expand and retain clinical customers, aid in product conversions, and contribute to quality investigations and improvement opportunities.

The role requires RN with CNOR preferred or CST, at least 3 years operating room experience, data analysis skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% across states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical OR experience.
• Cross-functional experience in ancillary procedural areas preferred.
• Experience analyzing data to drive improvement and solve issues.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office applications; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on products and services.
• Assist with expansion and retention of clinical customers with the salesforce.
• Partner with sales on product conversions and implementations; support in territories.
• Assist with quality investigations and clinical observations for best practices.
• Conduct clinical/utilization reviews to identify waste and standardization opportunities.
• Contribute to new product development with end-user insights for improvements.
• Engage in professional organizations; attend industry events.
