Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a clinical expert to support customers and the salesforce with clinical products and services. You will provide end‑user insights to improve clinical processes and contribute to program development and implementation.

Responsibilities include clinical support, collaboration with the sales force, quality investigations, and attending industry events. Travel up to 75% is required; RN with Bachelor’s or CST certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s in Nursing or Certified Surgical Technologist.
• 3+ years clinical OR experience; cross-functional areas preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; travel up to 75%.
• Ability to analyze data to identify issues and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and retention of clinical customers with the salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales on product conversions and implementations; support in territories.
• Support quality investigations and clinical reviews for best practice recommendations.
• Conduct clinical/utilization reviews to identify waste and standardization opportunities.
• Contribute to new product development with end-user insights for improvements.
• Engage in professional organizations and attend industry events.
