Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Richmond, VA, seeks a Clinical Education and Support Specialist to provide expert clinical guidance for Medline products and services. You will deliver end-user insights to enhance clinical processes and support retention in your specialty.

You will partner with the sales team, participate in quality reviews, and engage with professional organizations while traveling up to 75% to support customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• RN with bachelor’s degree in nursing or CNOR certification preferred.
• Three years of clinical OR experience required; cross-functional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and business retention of clinical customers with salesforce.
• Partner with sales on product conversions and implementations.
• Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations for improved practice.
• Conduct clinical/utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities and clinical practice adjustments.
• Engage in professional organizations; attend national, regional, and local industry events.
