Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a clinical specialist to provide expert support for clinical products and services, educate customers, and share end-user insights to improve processes.

The role collaborates with sales teams on product conversions and implementations, and travels up to 75% for business needs. RN with a Bachelor's degree or CST is required, with at least three years OR experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor's degree required; CNOR certification preferred or CST
• Minimum of three years of clinical OR experience; cross-functional areas preferred
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services.
• Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers in collaboration with the Medline salesforce
• Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations. Assist sales in their territories as needed at the local and national/corporate account level.
• Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations for improved practice and best practice recommendations.
• Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities and clinical practice adjustments for programs of specialty area.
• Contribute to the development of new products along with the modification and improvements of existing products by providing customer (end user) insight for process enhancement and improvement opportunities.
• Engage in professional organizations; attend national, regional, and local industry events.
